DoCo Capital is a real estate development company that was founded in 2020 with the goal of facilitating the creation of contemporary vacation rental and mixed use properties in Door County, Wisconsin. Rob Esposito
Rob is originally from the Chicago suburbs, now living and working in Door County. He invests in small businesses and real estate, specifically in purchasing and rehabbing distressed commercial properties and ground-up vacation rental construction.
Doug Wilson
Doug Wilson was born and raised in Door County. In addition to his work with DoCo Capital, he also serves at the Director of Business Development for Door County Coffee & Tea Co.
